The short version
This website exists to explain FobSight and let you request a demo. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal information we collect here is what you type into the demo form — and we use it for exactly one thing: getting back to you.
What we collect on this site
- The demo form — your name, email, and anything optional you add (community name, phone, message). Submitting it sends one email to our team; we don't load it into a marketing database or share it with anyone else.
- Anti-abuse basics — your IP address is used to rate-limit the form and is included in that email so we can spot spam. Standard server and network logs (IP, browser type, pages requested) exist at our hosting and network providers for security and operations.
The human check
The demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification widget designed to work without tracking cookies. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals to tell people from bots; see Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details. This site is also delivered through Cloudflare's network.
What we do with it
We use what you submit to respond to your request and set up a walkthrough. We don't sell personal information, we don't run ads, and we don't send marketing lists. If you ask us to delete a submission, we will.
The FobSight product
The FobSight application (app.fobsight.com) — the product communities sign into — is governed by the agreements between us and each customer community, not by this website policy. Within the product, FobSight is built to track registered assets, not people, with role-based access and a full audit trail.
Where your submission travels
The demo-form email is delivered through SendGrid (our email provider) to a TechPro Security Products mailbox hosted with our email provider. This site itself is served from our infrastructure through Cloudflare's network. These providers process the data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Demo-request emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records around it. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Children
This site is for community operators and property professionals. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices and rights
This site is intended for use in the United States. You can browse it without providing any personal information at all. For what you do submit, you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — through the contact form below. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in state privacy laws.
Questions or requests
Reach us through the contact form — mention it's a privacy question and it gets routed to the right person at TechPro Security Products.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
